Join one of the country’s fastest growing national law firms. We are looking for a Junior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer in London. National Legal Service is a well‑established Legal Aid law firm specialising in Family and Children law. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive. We are now looking to grow our IT department and need a Junior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to begin their career in software development within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with the Head of IT to build digital solutions, support our core applications, and help improve how the organisation uses technology.

The Role:

  • Assist in gathering requirements and understanding business needs.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate (with guidance and training).
  • Develop and update Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for our applications, including investigating issues, troubleshooting platform configurations, and escalating where necessary.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver small improvements that streamline internal processes.
  • Knowledge of core Microsoft 365 products and enthusiasm to develop deeper technical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and appreciation for data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • A genuine interest in technology, automation, and learning new tools.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Experience building or supporting workflows, automations, or simple apps.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web technologies.
  • Experience creating or editing Power BI reports.
  • Experience in a customer support environment.
  • Experience working in legal services (not required).
