National Learning Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing activity and help drive the next stage of our growth.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can combine marketing strategy with delivery. You'll lead our marketing plans and campaigns, oversee our digital channels and external agency support, and work closely with Sales to generate good-quality enquiries and improve conversion.
What you'll be doing
-
Developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns aligned with commercial priorities
-
Managing lead-generation activity across SEO, GEO, PPC, paid and organic social, email and other digital channels
-
Overseeing website, campaign and customer-facing content
-
Working closely with Sales to improve targeting, lead quality and customer journeys
-
Managing marketing budgets and monitoring campaign performance and ROI
-
Briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers
-
Maintaining a strong and consistent brand across our services and communication
-
Managing and developing marketing colleagues where applicable
About you
You'll have proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to results, with strong digital marketing knowledge and a commercial mindset.
You'll be comfortable using data to make decisions, managing budgets and external suppliers, and balancing multiple priorities. Strong writing, communication and stakeholder management skills are also important.
You'll be practical, organised and commercially focused, with the confidence to take ownership of marketing activity rather than simply coordinate it. You'll know when to challenge, when to test something new and, importantly, how to turn marketing activity into measurable results.
