Marketing Manager
to take ownership of our marketing activity and help drive the next stage of our growth. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can combine
marketing strategy with delivery . You'll lead our marketing plans and campaigns, oversee our digital channels and external agency support, and work closely with Sales to generate good-quality enquiries and improve conversion. What you'll be doing
Developing and delivering
marketing plans and campaigns
aligned with commercial priorities
Managing lead-generation activity across
SEO, GEO, PPC, paid and organic
social, email and other digital channels
Overseeing
website, campaign and customer-facing content
Working closely with Sales to
improve targeting ,
lead quality
and customer journeys
Managing marketing
budgets
and monitoring
campaign performance
and
ROI
Briefing and
managing external agencies
and suppliers
Maintaining a
strong and consistent
brand across our services and communication
Managing and developing marketing colleagues where applicable
About you You'll have
proven experience
managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to results, with strong digital marketing knowledge and a commercial mindset. You'll be
comfortable using data
to make decisions,
managing budgets
and external suppliers, and
balancing multiple priorities . Strong writing, communication and stakeholder management skills are also important. You'll be
practical, organised
and
commercially focused , with the confidence to take ownership of marketing activity rather than simply coordinate it. You'll know when to challenge, when to test something new and, importantly, how to turn marketing activity into measurable results. Safeguarding Statement
