We are looking for an energetic, resilient and commercially driven Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing Sales Team. This is a true sales role focused on speaking with prospective parents and adult learners, understanding their educational needs and converting enquiries into enrolments. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling objections confidently and working towards individual and team targets.

This role will suit someone with previous telesales, outbound sales or contact centre sales experience who enjoys building relationships, creating urgency and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective parents and adult learners to discuss educational support options
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activity across multiple lead channels
  • Build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections
  • Convert enquiries into consultations and enrolments
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining strong activity and productivity levels
  • Delivering excellent customer experience while remaining commercially focused
  • Taking ownership of individual performance and development
  • Positively contributing to a high-performance sales culture
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs including enrolments, conversion rates, talk time and activity metrics
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Support wider team objectives and contribute positively to sales culture and team performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and client engagement

Essential

  • Previous experience within a sales-focused role
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone manner
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs

Desirable

  • Experience within education, training or service-led sales environments
  • 1 year contact centre or outbound dialler experience
