To offer all visitors a unique and high-quality experience when visiting the National Justice Museum and City of Caves through expert historical interpretation and facilitation with a consistently high standard of customer care, to ensure that it attracts and retains visitors to the organisation.

Responsible to: Head Interpreter & Visitor Experience Manager (VEM)
Hours:Zero hours per week, weekend and evening work expected
Location: National Justice Museum and City of Caves, Nottingham
Contract: Permanent, 6-month probationary period
Rate of pay: Β£12.71 per hour
