We are currently looking for outgoing and customer focused Food & Beverage Assistants to work in our Retail Food & Beverage department!

We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands and home to the Nottingham Panthers. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, the arena hosts over 150 events and welcomes 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.

- Hourly rate of NMW & 12.07% additional holiday rate

WHAT ARE THE KEY DUTIES?
- Working in a fast paced and busy environment
- Taking customer orders and payments
- Delivering excellent customer service while dealing with a diverse range of customers
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to guests
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards in all working areas
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- The ability to deliver good customer service
- Friendly, polite and well presented
- The ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure
- Team players
- Confidence in cash handling and use of tills is preferred
- Basic food and beverage knowledge is preferred
