WHO WE ARE? We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands and home to the Nottingham Panthers. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, the arena hosts over 150 events and welcomes 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DUTIES?
- Supervising Hospitality teams throughout all hospitality areas.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot guidance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and licensing requirements
- Train, supervise and motivate members of the team
- Work with the Hospitality Suite Manager and sales team to manage a day-to-day operation
- Commit to deliver the highest standard of food and service within all hospitality areas. This includes regular deep cleaning of the hospitality areas.
- Organise set-up of the hospitality bars ensuring that stock and the stock room is always replenished and rotated.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays required)
- Comfortable & confident in dealing with customers
- Friendly and lively personality, polite and well presented
- Team player, with good time management skills
- Basic level of food safety is essential
- Experience working in a front of house, hospitality or similar setting is essential
- Experience in a supervisory role is essential
- The desire to work in a live music and events venue is preferred
