At The National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham, we’re looking for a Head of Facilities with the expertise, passion, and grit to take the lead in a rolethat’s as rewarding as it is challenging.

As Head of Facilities , you’ll lead the operational heart of our multi-purposevenue – from critical infrastructure (HVAC, refrigeration, and life safety systems)to event turnaround and delivering strategic objectives. No two days are thesame, and every decision you make helps ensure thousands of guests enjoyunforgettable experiences – safely, smoothly, and sustainably.

You’ll manage a team of Facilities Managers across technical, maintenance,housekeeping, and events set up. Ensuring health and safety and compliance,shaping frontline delivery and implementing long-term strategy. From driving highperformance to embedding a culture of safety and continuous improvement,your leadership keeps the show on the road.
