National Merchandise, a division of the Nottingham Ice Centre Limited, works with some of the biggest non-venue and festival organisers in the world bringing merchandise to music and entertainment fans at events that include Download, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Isle of Wight, British Summer Time, Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Electric Picnic, Leeds & Reading festivals and many more.
We are looking for Outdoor Festival Merchandise Assistants to sell products at festivals across London and the surrounding area. You will be working at festivals like BST, Wireless and All Points East featuring acts such as Pitbull, Lewis Capaldi, Tyler The Creator, Twenty One Pilots and Lorde plus many more.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience. If you take pride in your work, you’re happy to work long hours (always on your feet), have a positive friendly attitude and possess excellent customer service skills you could be the person we are looking for. No previous experience is necessary as all training will be provided.

- LIDO – 12th -15th June
- Crystal Palace Bowl – 30th - 16th August
- Finsbury Park – 3rd - 5th July
- Wireless – 10th - 12th July
- Gunnersbury Park – 14th - 23rd August
- All Points East – 21st - 30th August
