NHBC is seeking a Senior Commercial & Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal team in a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes/London, working 1 day in the office.
This part-time position (3 days per week) focuses on delivering commercial legal advice across the organisation, with emphasis on insurance law, reinsurance contracts and AI governance.
You will partner with senior stakeholders up to Board level, manage risks, and support strategic projects while mentoring junior team members.
