What you’ll be doing

Full end to end management of market research projects, ensuring they align with NHBC’s strategic goals.

Produce compelling reports and presentations, transforming data into actionable insights to guide business decisions.

Work closely with internal teams and external research agencies, managing relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Explore and implement both traditional and innovative research techniques to stay ahead of market trends.

Contribute to NHBC’s business planning by identifying market opportunities and advising on improvements.

Experience as client-side market research / insight manager in commercial organisations. Working across both consumer/ customer and Business to Business research audiences.

Experience of commissioning and managing multiple bespoke continuous and ad hoc (quantitative and qualitative) market research projects.

Worked in a regulated business (preferably financial services; familiar with FCA Consumer Duty).

Strong communication and inter-personal skills; able to deliver presentations from insight gathered.

Strong analytical skills; able to ‘join the dots’ between various data and input sources., * MRS member

Degree or equivalent (although suitable experience across all areas is of greater value).
