You will shape and embed NHBC's resilience framework, ensuring services stay resilient during disruption, in collaboration with the CISO and senior stakeholders.

You will lead development of the resilience capability across technology, operations and business functions, embedding continuity, crisis management and testing to strengthen preparedness and recovery.
