Job role : Digital Marketing Channel Lead – SEO and PPC Salary : £38,000 – £40,000 + 6% performance bonus Working location : Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in the Milton Keynes office, with flexibility depending on business need Employment type : Full time, Permanent Job summary We’re looking for a versatile and results-focused Digital Marketing Channel Lead to join our marketing and communications team. In this role, you\’ll lead SEO and Paid Search (including social and display advertising) while contributing to other marketing channels and content development. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, analysis, and optimisation – helping us drive traffic, boost conversions, and maintain a strong online presence. What you’ll be doing Leading on SEO and Paid Search to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions Running and optimising Paid Social Ads across platforms Developing engaging, search-optimised content (e.g., articles, landing pages) that meet UX and SEO requirements Working closely with external agencies and internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns across a mix of channels Using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and report insights Supporting wider digital marketing activities beyond search and paid media What we’re looking for Experience in SEO, Paid Search (PPC), and Paid Social campaigns Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs Confidence in creating and optimising digital content that drives results Analytical mindset with a good grasp of campaign performance metrics Proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects A generalist approach – happy to flex across digital and marketing priorities What we offer Our benefits package includes: 27 days annual leave + bank holidays Enhanced pension scheme (up to 10.5%) Life assurance Subsidised private medical insurance Employee discounts platform Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave and pay for all new parents + many more!
