Are you passionate about guiding people through change? At NHBC, we’re seeking a Change Communications Specialist to craft and share stories behind our major transformation initiatives. You will be part of our Marketing & Communications team, but your influence will extend organization-wide as you collaborate with various stakeholders to develop clear, engaging, and impactful messages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how we communicate change to colleagues and customers, making a meaningful difference across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading communication planning and execution for key change programmes.
  • Developing communication strategies tailored to different phases and audiences.
  • Advising teams on messaging, audience targeting, and channels.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Creating and delivering content across internal channels and media.
  • Organizing impactful events like town halls and webinars.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure messaging is aligned with strategy and purpose.
  • Measuring communication impact and using insights for continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in internal and change communications; external experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and developing communication strategies.
