About the Programme:

Your exciting NHBC journey begins with an immersive core induction programme where you’ll discover what makes NHBC a leader in the industry. From there, you will dive into diverse experiences on our focused 6-month rotational placements where you will collaborate and learn with our talented colleagues in our Claims, Finance, Standards Innovation & Research, and Commercial Services teams. Upon completing these rotations over 2 years, you’ll be ready to step into your future with an exciting role within one of the following dynamic business areas:

  • Business Support and Improvement
  • Claims
  • Customer Services
  • Standards, Innovation and Research
