Job summary: As a Building Inspector, you will be a key member of our inspection service team, collaborating with registered builders to ensure homes meet NHBC Standards and Building Regulations, while providing expert guidance. What you’ll be doing: Based from home and out in the field daily, you’ll work with registered builders to ensure new homes comply with NHBC Standards, Building Regulations, and relevant legislation. You will build strong relationships with site managers, helping to identify and prevent construction defects. This role helps manage insurance risk and ensures the delivery of quality homes for buyers. You will receive full training and ongoing support from your line manager and team. You’ll manage your own schedule, with the flexibility to work independently. Your workday begins when you leave home, and weekends are off to promote work/life balance.

- Construction-related qualification such as City and Guilds, HNC, HND, NVQ, or equivalent (preferred)
- Full driving licence is required
