Job Overview: People Business Partner role within the People Team, providing operational partnering and strategic workforce planning, developing leadership capability, embedding new ways of working and supporting the Resort with change management. Works closely with onsite management, mentoring and coaching leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the management team to upskill and coach leaders.
- Implement comprehensive talent and succession plans, aligning them with the wider people plan.
- Deliver the pay and benefits agenda, ensuring consistency with regional standards for pay review rollouts.
- Address and support line managers on complex employee‑relations cases, manage risk and ensure legal compliance.
- Drive engagement across the resort using culture‑survey data, implementing inclusive change initiatives.
