About the role

Are you a passionate and technically skilled Network Engineer looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer to help drive our digital infrastructure forward in support of NHM’s strategic mission. This is a pivotal role within the Technology Solutions team, focused on the development, implementation, and support of our voice and data networks—supporting more than 1,200 users and 3,000 devices across our sites.

The NHM are looking to recruit a Senior Network Engineer, reporting to the Network and Telecoms Manager within the Technology Solutions team, to play a key role in the provision of 3rd/4th line support and the development of the Museum’s Data and Voice infrastructure.

About you

We are looking for an experienced network engineer who is ambitious, self-motivated, and highly organised. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience working with network technology and be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They would also have strong analytical capabilities with a structured approach to problem-solving, be capable of leading projects and be able to create and maintain documentation.

We operate a hybrid working model that requires regular, weekly attendance for this role, with the precise pattern of days on site and worked from home to be agreed with your manager.
