About the role
We’re looking for an efficient and detail-oriented administrator to support our busy programme of learning and development activity for NHM staff. The postholder will administer our Learning Management System, setting up courses and cohorts; undertake financial and record-keeping administration for L&D activity, and support with responding to staff enquiries to provide a friendly and efficient service to the organisation. This role would suit a systems-focused administrative professional with an interest in L&D, or someone with strong IT skills looking for their first steps in an L&D career. This is a 0.6 FTE role, equivalent to 3 days per week, but we are open to these hours being worked in any reasonable pattern across the week.
About you
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused systems administrator with a passion for digital learning and employee development. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a learning platform or similar system with a large user base, maintaining data accuracy, user accounts and permissions, and producing meaningful reports and insights from system data. They will be confident working with digital learning content, collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and accessible learning materials, and supporting users by resolving queries and liaising with external system providers. With excellent IT, communication and organisational skills, they will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with data protection and information security requirements.
