You will oversee multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes, quality, and impact. This role demands a high level of organisation, the ability to think strategically, and the confidence to operate in a complex and sometimes ambiguous landscape.

  • Maintain programme infrastructure, including risk and issue logs, reporting frameworks, and governance documentation. Requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and managing risks. You will take a solution-focused approach to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • You will act as a key contact, working with internal and external partners, facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned. You will communicate confidently with a range of audiences, adapting your style as needed.
  • You will also support governance and assurance processes, developing reporting structures, prepare briefings, and provide updates on progress, risks, and performance. A strong focus on performance and impact, using data to monitor progress, identify improvements, and ensure delivery of tangible benefits over time.
