Overview
In this role you ensure hospital supplies are received, stored, and delivered efficiently to support clinical and non-clinical teams. You will work with stock management systems to process orders, manage stock levels, and resolve delivery issues, helping wards have what they need when they need it. You will engage with clinical teams and suppliers to maintain smooth operations that underpin patient care. This is a collaborative, hands-on role in a supportive NHS environment with opportunities to grow your procurement and materials management career.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process deliveries with accurate receipting
- Use electronic procurement and stock management systems to process orders and deliveries
- Deliver goods to wards and departments across the hospital
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies via established processes
- Carry out regular stock reviews and ensure efficient stock rotation
- Manage returns, delivery discrepancies and supplier queries
- Support departments during urgent supply requirements and help resolve stock issues
- Build strong relationships with clinical teams, suppliers and colleagues across the organisation
