Job summaryJoin our dynamic Acute & Emergency Medicine pharmacy team and make a real impact at the front door of care. As a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist, you'll work across the Emergency Department, Acute Medical Unit, Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC), Frailty in-reach and Urgent Treatment Centres--supporting safe, effective and timely treatment for acutely unwell patients.You'll provide high-quality clinical pharmacy input, optimise therapies, support admission avoidance (particularly in frailty), and help facilitate safe discharge directly from ED. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in improving patient flow and medicines safety in a fast-paced environment.This is an excellent development role with structured support from senior pharmacists and our Principal Pharmacist ACP.
