Overview
In this Band 7 role you will provide advanced audiology care with a paediatric focus within our established team.
Based in Windsor but serving East Berkshire, you work closely with ENT and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver evidence-based audiology assessment and rehabilitation.
You will handle a varied caseload including complex cases and lead paediatric assessments and clinics.
You contribute to service development and professional growth, in a culture focused on compassionate leadership and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
- Lead Visual Reinforcement Audiometry clinics for children under three
- Undertake newborn hearing follow-up assessments using ABR
- Provide paediatric rehabilitation services for children and young people with hearing loss
- Contribute to assessment and management of adult patients
- Work with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes
- Support children, young people and families throughout their hearing healthcare journey
- Provide training and development support to establish competencies as needed
- Engage in service development and clinical audit as part of NHS networks and referrals

- BSc/MSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC/AHCS registration (or eligible)
