Overview
In this role you lead and line-manage Occupational Therapists and Sensory Workers within the South Hants Hub, overseeing clinical management and guiding service transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional managers to drive an outstanding reablement offer for Hampshire residents. You’ll shape governance, supervision, and CPD processes while ensuring consistent, equity-focused service delivery. This is an opportunity to influence practice at scale and support rapid, safe discharge from hospital.

Responsibilities
- Clinical oversight and supervision with links to Advanced Practitioners and countywide clinical leads
- Manage allocation of OT and Sensory cases, monitor KPIs, and oversee performance
- Identify waitlist trends and optimise resource use with triage and quality leads
- Stakeholder engagement with councils and healthcare professionals for integrated service delivery
- Oversee CPD processes and ensure due process for CPD requests
- Oversee professional memberships (HCPC, RCOT, RWPN or equivalent) and ensure governance consistency across the county
