Job summaryThe Service Manager is a key role within the Emergency Care Collaborative and responsible for the operational portfolio for all specialties and is accountable to the General Manager. This involves the delivery of operational performance targets, Finance, HR and Quality standards within the designated portfolio.The Service Manager will work in partnership with the clinical leads and teams to ensure that activity and quality targets are achieved and will also be responsible for developing action plans to support service improvements.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will work closely with the senior Collaborative team, and will assist the General Manager in developing services and ensuring long term sustainability.
