In this Delivery Manager role, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects and transformation programmes to help the organisation achieve its priorities.
You will work with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to guide projects from initiation to benefits realisation, ensuring objectives, timescales, budgets and quality standards are met.
You will also promote governance, risk management and continuous improvement across a portfolio of initiatives, influencing change and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects and workstreams to achieve agreed objectives and benefits
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers and governance docs
- Monitor performance, identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigations
- Prepare reports, presentations and business cases for senior management
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops and meetings for effective delivery
- Support budgets, resources and timelines management
- Ensure governance aligns with policies and standards
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management
- Key requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- PRINCE2 Practitioner (desirable)
- MS Office including MS Project; CAPM (essential)
- Experience in implementing projects and delivering improvement initiatives
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- Desirable: experience in financial management and budgeting; management-level experience; finance team experience
