Overview

In this part-time leadership role, you will provide clinical and operational direction to the CRHTT within CWPT, supporting patients experiencing mental health crises in the community.

You’ll shape service development, oversee complex triage and HTT caseloads, and ensure safe, person-centred care close to home.

The position involves cross-team collaboration, data review, and driving improvements in admissions gating and early discharge.

You’ll lead with a strong focus on risk management, quality, and innovation to enhance crisis care.

Responsibilities

  • Gatekeeping training for the team
  • Deliver clinical supervision and support
  • Coordinate handovers/MDTs
  • Conduct audits and data reviews
  • Provide oversight of complex triage and HTT caseloads
  • Stand in for service leads in their absence
  • Provide clinical leadership within the team
  • Monitor admissions and gatekeeping processes

  • Key requirements
  • Substantial experience in Acute Mental health care setting
  • Very strong risk assessment and positive risk management
  • Proven experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team
  • Knowledge and skills in leadership and staff management
  • Ability to multitask across service development, clinical management and data audits
  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle for business use
