Overview
As a Consultant ENT Surgeon you will join an established team to deliver high-quality ENT care across multiple sites. You will provide outpatient clinics and operative services, working within a cohesive department that values compassionate, safe care. You will contribute to a 1:14 on-call rota shared with partner trusts, and collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain service standards. The role offers exposure to diverse settings across Warwickshire and opportunities to influence pathways and quality improvement. Responsibilities
- Provide ENT surgical services, including outpatient clinics and theatres across multiple sites
- Deliver high-quality patient care within a supportive ENT team
- Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 14) shared with partner trusts
- Collaborate with non-resident ENT SpR and resident SHO to support service delivery
- Contribute to service development, pathways integration and quality improvement
- Engage with cross-site activities at Warwick Hospital, George Eliot Hospital, and Stratford Hospital
- Maintain professional standards and participate in appraisal and governance processes
Key requirements
- Competence in ENT Surgery
- Current UK professional registration
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Willingness to engage with skilled worker sponsorship where applicable
