Kiltearn Medical Centre is recruiting a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team. You will work with our GP Partners and multidisciplinary colleagues to provide specialist pharmaceutical advice, cost-effective prescribing and training.
The role includes independent prescribing, face-to-face consultations and structured medication reviews to support long-term conditions and safe transfer of care.
