multidisciplinary team.Main duties of the jobTo work
as an autonomous practitioner, working as part of the practice
multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope to the practice
population. The post holder will be responsible for clinical areas such as, consulting
patients with acute medical problems, health promotion, chronic disease
management, health prevention, well women and well man clinics, as well as
supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and

growing practice with a population of over 32,000 patients working within a purpose-built
building in Crewe, Cheshire.We are an Emis-Web, Docman, Accurx, paper light practice. We are
a friendly, open and transparent practice whose goal is to provide the highest

innovative practice with high achievements in the local and national targets.Our current team has a full complement of allied health care
professionals including, 7 GP partners, salaried GP's, Advanced Clinical
