Overview
In this GP Partner role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across two Walsall sites while taking part in leadership and strategic direction. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions via in-person, telephonic, and digital consultations, with scope for home visits and safeguarding responsibilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote prevention, drive governance, and contribute to the practice’s sustainable growth. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient-centred care for acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations; conduct home visits when appropriate
- Safe prescribing and medicines management
- Coordinate referrals with secondary and community care
- Promote preventative care and health education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and safeguarding activities
Key requirements
- MBBS/MBChB or equivalent
- Full GMC registration with Licence to Practise
- Current UK professional registration
- DBS check required
- Previous partnership experience welcome but not essential
