Overview

In this role you will advance MSK care within a supportive, growth‑oriented team. You will develop specialist interests while benefiting from a structured development pathway and mentorship. Working across primary and secondary care, you’ll assess and manage complex MSK cases and help streamline pathways to improve patient outcomes. The opportunity combines autonomous practice with collaboration in a forward‑looking SPA setting, contributing to service evolution and high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of complex MSK conditions
  • Independently request, interpret and act on diagnostic investigations including imaging
  • Coordinate onward referrals to specialist services and streamline patient pathways
  • Work across primary and secondary care interfaces to improve outcomes
  • Support/participate in the development of MSK services and practice within the team

Key requirements

  • UK professional registration (current)
  • Desirable: experience as Advanced MSK Clinician or FCP
  • Desirable: BSc in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy
