Overview
In this role you will coordinate and administer training programmes at the HatTec Training Centre, supporting operational excellence. You will work closely with the STMVA Director to ensure smooth centre operations, accurate training records, and compliant certification data. You’ll liaise with hospitals, trainers, delegates and accreditation bodies to deliver a high-quality, professional learner experience. You will also generate management information to help monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role in a healthcare training environment with a clear impact on programme delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate STMVA and GSA trainer and re-qualification programmes
- Manage participant bookings, joining instructions and course documentation
- Produce and maintain course materials and training resources
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the STMVA Director and wider team
- Maintain training records and certification databases; monitor expiry dates and assist compliance reporting
- Produce monthly reports and management information
- Act as primary contact for training enquiries; build relationships with hospitals, tutors and accreditation bodies
- Coordinate HatTec facilities, rooms, equipment and training materials
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices; support administration of external course fees and budgets
- Support audits, accreditation reviews and quality assurance activities and identify process improvements
Key requirements
- Previous experience in Administration role
- Knowledge or experience of finance systems / payment processes
- Experience within a training centre or coordinating in a Learning & Development environment
- Experience coordinating training programmes or events
- Experience maintaining databases and producing reports
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Desirable: experience working in a regulated, compliance-focused environment
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
