Steeper Group in Portsmouth is seeking a Principal Orthotist to provide clinical leadership and operational management across the South Coast orthotic services. You will lead a team of five Orthotists and an Orthotic Technician, while maintaining a clinical caseload and overseeing the local workshop.
In this role you will work with NHS partners and Steeper leadership to drive safe, efficient, patient-centred care, develop staff, coordinate staffing and improve KPIs.
