Overview
In this role you will support local primary care delivery at scale, improving access, outcomes and patient experience. You will work within a multi-professional team to provide safe prescribing, triage, and minor illness/long-term condition advice, shaping modern, person-centered care. You’ll contribute to staff and patient satisfaction while developing your independent prescribing practice in a supportive, at-scale primary care setting.

Responsibilities
- Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, and management of minor illness and LTC advice
- Delivering safe clinical decisions and expert care while collaborating with a multi-professional team
- Driving service innovation and modernisation to improve staff and patient satisfaction
Key requirements
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and General Pharmaceutical Council registration
- Independent prescribing qualification
- Strong clinical judgement for prioritisation and decision-making
- Previous general practice experience is desirable
- Collaborative teamwork
- Effective communication with patients and colleagues
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Prescribing practice (including independent prescribing)
- Online and telephone clinical triage
- Management of minor illness and LTC advice
