Overview
In this role you lead the CAMHS Intensive Community Support Team within a NHS Trust, driving a high-quality, community-based care model for CYP with complex needs. You will work to avoid hospital admissions where possible, delivering bespoke, trauma-informed care plans in collaboration with families and partner services. You will provide specialist education, oversee performance and budget management, and support service development. The position offers leadership development and a collaborative, supportive team culture with extensive supervision.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CAMHS Intensive Community Support Team to deliver a high-quality service aligned with professional standards
- Provide consultation and bespoke care planning to support young people with complex needs and reduce admissions
- Demonstrate sound decision-making, problem-solving, and effective delegation
- Deliver highly specialised education in AMHS Intensive Community Support Team
- Support team leaders in performance management and budget/resource oversight
- Manage budgets and report to commissioners as required
