Overview
In this role you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the East Surrey Division, driving organizational priorities and service improvements.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Division
- Deliver key organizational priorities in collaboration with the Divisional Board and Management Team
- Lead and coordinate projects and service improvement initiatives
- Oversee workforce and operational management across the Division
- Monitor performance against targets and objectives
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the National Modality Business Support Team to implement innovative ways of working
- Offer practical, resourceful support to colleagues to resolve operational challenges
- Foster a continuous improvement culture and scale sustainable changes across services
