b Overview /b p As a Consultant in General Medicine with a specialist interest, you will lead a dedicated ward team delivering high-quality general medical care, liaising with ITU and site teams to optimise patient flow. You will shape clinical pathways, supervise admissions and staff development, and drive audits and clinical trials to improve outcomes. This role sits within the Division of Access and Medicine, contributing to an outstanding, patient-centred hospital ethos.
