b Overview /b p In this Salaried GP role you will deliver patient-centred general medical care within a friendly, multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to a well-established practice that supports work-life balance while handling a full range of GP services. You’ll work across face-to-face and remote consultations, manage diverse medical conditions, and contribute to quality improvement and care planning. This is an opportunity to impact local community health in a forward-thinking practice and PCN setting. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li healthy work-life balance /li li training and development encouraged /li li on-site dispensary /li li permanent contract /li li salary dependent on experience /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Conduct routine and urgent GP consultations (face-to-face, telephone, online) /li li Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions /li li Undertake home visits where appropriate /li li Prescribe and review medications per guidelines /li li Manage pathology results, correspondence, and clinical reports /li li Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (pharmacists, mental health, social prescribers, ARRS roles) /li li Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance /li li Attend practice and clinical meetings; support continuity of care and long-term condition management /li li Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne; ensure timely administrative tasks /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Fully qualified General Practitioner /li li GMC registration with licence to practise /li li Inclusion on NHS England Medical Performers List /li li Current UK professional registration /li li DBS check /li /ul ul li Patient-centred approach /li li Collaborative team player /li li Strong communication and relationship-building /li li SystmOne clinical system /li li Conducting remote consultations /li li Prescribing according to guidelines /li /ul
