b Overview /b p As Radiology Speciality Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of Radiology Services within Surgical Services to ensure safe, high‑quality diagnostics. You will partner with radiologists, modality leads and governance teams to drive service improvement, workforce planning and financial stewardship. The role focuses on transforming service delivery, optimizing resources and building resilient, patient‑centred pathways. You will shape the strategic vision for Radiology and lead cross‑functional initiatives that deliver value and efficiency.
