b Overview /b p In this role you will support and optimise the aseptic dispensing service within an acute hospital, ensuring safe, efficient operations and staff development. You will work with experienced pharmacy colleagues to uphold high QA standards and drive service improvements. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration to enhance aseptic processes and compliance, contributing to a trusted, patient-centred service. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li NHS discounts /li li minimum 35 days paid holiday (pro rata) /li li generous pension scheme /li li car parking (fee may apply) /li li on-site leisure centre /li li day nursery and holiday play scheme /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support day-to-day aseptic dispensing operations with focus on efficiency and safe resource use /li li Organise and manage aseptic services to ensure timely product delivery and appropriate use /li li Collaborate to ensure compliance with QA standards and regulatory exemptions, maintaining a safe environment /li li Develop and oversee staff training in aseptic preparation /li li Lead projects to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the aseptic dispensing service /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) /li li Masters in Pharmacy with 1 year pre-registration training /li li Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy at diploma level or equivalent /li li Ongoing CPD relevant to the role /li li Knowledge of SACTs/CIVAs/PN services and related pharmacological therapies (desirable) /li li PTQA knowledge (desirable) /li li UK professional registration /li li Disclosures check compliance /li /ul ul li team collaboration /li li training and development /li li problem solving /li li aseptic dispensing /li li QA compliance and standards (QAAPs, Section 10 Exemption) /li li staff training program design and delivery /li /ul
