Our current team consists of two full-time partners , supported by two experienced GP retainers. We are a fully staffed close knit team, and we are now seeking a Salaried GP with a view to partnership to support succession planning and allow one of our current partner to reduce their clinical sessions. We now operate as a streamlined, well-managed, and responsive business that delivers exceptional care and accessibility. Our emphasis on continuity and traditional general practice values means we are one of the few local surgeries to have avoided a shift to total triage, offering a truly patient-centred service. We are an active member of the New Forest PCN and benefit from a strong multidisciplinary team, including an in-house pharmacy team, physiotherapists, a care home nurse, and two full-time visiting paramedics shared across the network.
