are looking for an experienced and motivated Programme Manager to lead the
delivery of complex transformation programmes within a dynamic and evolving
environment. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of organisational

Programme Manager, you will be responsible for translating strategic priorities
into clear, deliverable plans and ensuring these are implemented effectively.
You will oversee multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities while

a high level of organisation, the ability to think strategically, and the
confidence to operate in a complex and sometimes ambiguous landscape.You

This includes developing clear programme plans that map timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring alignment to objectives and consistent progress tracking.Maintain programme infrastructure, including risk and issue logs, reporting frameworks, and governance documentation. Requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and managing risks. You will take a solution-focused approach to resolve issues and maintain momentum.You will act as a key contact, working with internal and external partners, facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
