assisting GPs with complex prescribing queries and safety monitoringQuality improvement
contributing to audits, QOF, IIF and medicines safety initiativesPatient education

Practice Pharmacist, you will deliver structured medication reviews, support longterm condition management, provide clinical advice to
patients, and work closely with our GPs and nursing team to ensure safe,
effective prescribing.
You will also play a key role in supporting
our experienced dispensary team with medicines queries, clinical oversight and
workflow safety.
