As an Administrator, you will join a team focused on delivering impeccable customer service to our staff and service users, providing continuous improvement through the use of technology and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial, clinical administrative, and organisational support across various office and service activities.
- Ensuring smooth office operations and providing secretarial/administrative support to frontline clinical colleagues.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed, with:
- Experience as an administrator within a customer care, healthcare, or social care setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with a positive proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to maintain a high level of performance and prioritise workload to meet agreed deadlines.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel across the Business Unit (Dartford, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, and Sheppey).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- The ability to record accurate minutes/notes and present to a high standard.
- Flexibility to work within the team and across the Business Unit.
