You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including nursing colleagues, clinical pharmacists, dispensary staff, first contact physiotherapists, paramedics, mental health practitioners, occupational therapists, dietitians and care coordinators.

Main duties of the job: As a Salaried GP or GP Partner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Job responsibilities: As a Salaried GP or GP Partner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a supportive and collaborative clinical team. Duties will include:
- Routine GP consultations, both face-to-face and remote
- Home visits on a shared basis
- Managing clinical correspondence, test results and clinical administration
- Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care
