Job summaryWe are looking for a Practice manager to work alongside our Business Manager to ensure the efficient running of the practice. You will lead on HR, Premises and CQC and will contribute to the strategic development of the practice.Main duties of the jobHR - Recruitment, induction, training, supervision, appraisals. Monitoring annual leave and sick leave.Premises - Establishing and implementing a rolling programme of premises improvements.CQC - Reviewing and implementing policies and risk assessments.About usWe are a two site practice with 10,000 patients.
