Overview
In this role you will support the growth of individual giving, lottery and supporter engagement at St Luke’s Hospice in Sheffield. You will work with the Supporter Engagement Manager to coordinate campaigns and ensure a positive supporter experience while helping to meet fundraising targets. You’ll act as the day-to-day coordinator for lottery activities, liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders. You’ll also help deliver flagship fundraising campaigns such as appeals, raffles and regular giving initiatives, contributing to the charity’s mission to provide care for patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver fundraising campaigns, projects or activities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, suppliers and supporters
- Coordinate lottery operations and ensure supporter experience
- Deliver flagship campaigns (appeals, raffles, regular giving) on time and to a high standard
- Support development of individual giving and supporter engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and monitor activity to support decision-making
Key requirements
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, supporter engagement, business development or customer relationships
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver campaigns or projects
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of individual giving fundraising including regular giving, hospice lottery and raffles
- Knowledge of regulations and best practices related to hospice lotteries and charitable fundraising
- Excellent communication and professional representation of St Luke’s
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using databases and analyzing performance data
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward while collaborating with others
