b Overview /b p In this role you lead strategy and operational plans for Banbury Cross Health Centre to ensure safe, effective and sustainable patient care. You’ll oversee multi-disciplinary services, drive performance and resource management, and influence senior stakeholders to align with organisational goals. You will apply strategic insight to coordinate activities across functions and support decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement. You’ll work with autonomy to shape service delivery, governance, and financial performance in a mission-driven, not-for-profit environment. This is a chance to impact patient outcomes at scale within the NHS and primary care sector. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and translate strategy and operational plans for the area of responsibility /li li Coordinate cross-functional activity to enable efficient, safe, high-quality service delivery /li li Balance quality, service and financial considerations in day-to-day operations /li li Contribute to budget and resource management with P L accountability where applicable /li li Support performance management, coaching, and development of the team /li li Apply governance, risk and compliance frameworks and support assurance activities /li li Engage with stakeholders and senior leaders to align priorities and enable coordinated decision-making /li li Drive service development, transformation and integration initiatives to improve outcomes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in operations, healthcare, business or related field /li li Knowledge of strategic planning, operational management and performance frameworks /li li Understanding of governance, regulatory requirements and organisational policies /li li Experience in complex operational environments or across multiple disciplines /li li Experience contributing to service planning, delivery and improvement initiatives /li li Desirable: experience in primary care or GP practice /li li Strong analytical and business intelligence skills with ability to interpret data and inform decisions /li li Commercial awareness with P L responsibility in a large organisation /li /ul ul li Strong communication and influencing skills /li li Collaborative and cross-functional leadership /li li Problem solving and analytical thinking /li li Business intelligence /li li Data interpretation and performance measurement /li li Financial management and budgeting /li /ul
