In this senior role you will join the Clinical Cancer Services team to deliver expert inpatient pharmacy support across oncology, haematology and palliative care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to drive clinical decision-making and service development, with specialist training provided on site. The position offers a clear pathway to broaden a clinical career in cancer services while contributing to high-quality patient care. This role combines clinical leadership with a supportive work environment in Salisbury.

Responsibilities
- Provide pharmacy services as part of the clinical cancer services team (oncology, haematology, hospice) with a focus on inpatient care
- Embed within inpatient settings and represent pharmacy in clinical care
- Lead clinical decision-making within the MDT and prioritise patient-centered care
- Contribute to service development and innovation in cancer services
- Support delivery of high-quality patient care and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in arrangements for staffing and operating 7 days a week service
- Engage in training and professional development within oncology/haematology/palliative care
Key requirements
- GPhC registration
- Post-graduate diploma or equivalent experience
